1. Factory QC Inspection Standard

All disposable slippers will go through 3 full rounds of quality inspection before leaving our factory warehouse, to ensure products match the confirmed sample standard:

  • Raw material inspection: Fabric thickness, eco PLA material composition, anti-slip sole hardness and color batch consistency.
  • Semi-finished inspection: Sewing tightness, cutting size tolerance, no broken thread or rough edge.
  • Finished product full inspection: Logo printing clarity, color deviation, packaging completeness, no stain, hole or deformation.
  • Our QC team will record inspection photos for each bulk order and provide inspection reports upon buyer request.

Minor natural color difference caused by raw fabric batches within industry acceptable range is not treated as defective products.

2. Definition of Qualified Defective Goods Eligible For After-Sales

We accept compensation, re-production or partial refund only for below factory production defects confirmed with clear photo/video evidence:

  • Mass printing error: Wrong logo, wrong font, blurred printing on more than 5% of total cartons.
  • Fabric quality defect: Large area holes, permanent stains, uneven fabric thickness affecting use.
  • Production size error: Size deviation exceeds 0.8cm compared with confirmed pre-production sample.
  • Serious sewing defect: Large-area thread breaking, slipper splitting, sole falling off in batches.
  • Wrong packaging specification: Incorrect packaging bag size, printed text mismatch confirmed before mass production.

3. Circumstances Not Eligible For Return, Refund Or Compensation

We reject return requests for the following situations, all losses shall be borne by buyers:

  • Buyer changes mind, overestimated demand or orders wrong quantity after mass production finished.
  • Personal preference issues such as slight color difference, softness feel that meet sample standard.
  • Damage, dirt or deformation caused by sea transportation, courier extrusion, improper storage after receiving goods.
  • Custom logo, pattern and size fully confirmed by buyer before production; buyer requests change or return after finished.
  • Goods detained, seized or fined by US customs due to buyer’s incomplete import qualifications or trademark authorization issues.
  • Buyer fails to provide clear photo/video proof within the specified 7-day inspection period after cargo arrives US port.

4. After-Sales Claim Application Process

  • Step 1: Complete cargo inspection within 7 calendar days after receiving goods at US warehouse or port.
  • Step 2: Send full evidence including defective product photos, video, carton outer label and order number to our business email.
  • Step 3: Our QC department verifies the defects within 3 working days and communicates compensation plan with buyers.
  • Step 4: Mutual agreed solutions include partial order discount, free re-production of defective quantity or proportional cash refund.

We do not support full container goods return back to China factory; all return shipping fees shall be fully undertaken by buyers even if production defect is confirmed.

5. Third-Party Pre-Shipment Inspection

Buyers can arrange independent third-party inspection companies to inspect goods at our factory before container loading. All inspection service fees, inspector travel expenses shall be paid by buyers in advance. We fully cooperate with sample selection, factory workshop visit and data verification for third-party inspectors.

6. Sample QC Standard Consistency

Pre-production sample confirmed by both parties is the sole quality standard reference for mass orders. If bulk goods keep consistent with the signed sample, buyers cannot propose after-sales claims based on subjective personal standards different from confirmed samples. We will reserve sample archives for all orders within 12 months after shipment for quality comparison verification.

7. Policy Revision Rules

We reserve the right to adjust this Return & QC Rule according to factory production standards and international trade after-sales norms. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest modification date. Your subsequent orders represent your recognition of the latest rules.
